http://shiralazar.disqus.com/enSun, 11 Sep 2011 10:55:48 -0000http://shiralazar.com/my-pot-chronicles/#comment-307182176<p>Эта тема мне известна по статье в одной из древних Советских газет .В СССР шла кампания по борьбе с сорняками на колхозных полях.Конопля(или по- вашему марихуана) была названа автором статьи основным сорняком  на полях Тувинская АССР-100 квадратных километров[(Граничит с Монголия).Что в диком поле ,что на пашне,что вдоль дорог.Основные богатства-ПОЛЯ,ПАСТБИЩА,СТАДА.КОЧЕВЫЕ племена.<br>Тува присоединилась к СССР в 194? году.Конопля Вредным растением не признавалась.Перерабатывалась на 90% .Получалась сельскохозяйственная продуциия.<br>А КАК СЕЙЧАС? I have not used it and to be honest, I'm against the use of it, however, I can't ignore the fact that it's everywhere! From "baby boomers" in their 60's to young teenagers... Everyone has it! How its still illegal? Seriously, how? Legalizing it is a good idea. It would cut down on crime and make lots of money in taxes.
